Some people dont like to have the pressure of an appointment or maybe decide to visit at short notice when in the area. Of course we want to help EVERYONE but PLEASE do bare in mind that we have to honor our promise to our private appointments.
We have 2 main showrooms so if someone is having a private appointment you CAN still visit and we look forward to seeing you.
If both rooms are booked it does get awkward! If both AM and PM slots in both rooms are taken - then it gets embarrasing as we have no way to help!
The simple way to avoid any inconvenience is even if you dont want to book a slot, just give us a call before you leave to ensure there is a room available to you.
