The question "Do you accept part exchanges?" comes up a lot and its a "kind of" frustrating question!
To me its like saying do you Like guitar music? The answer is of course YES - but not all! lol
Every single situation is different so we need to look at your personal needs but also look at the "part x" as one possible solution as there are usually many ways to help you that may or may not include the part x in the traditional sense.
Here I will give you a few methods we help customers
- Traditional part X
- We sell your guitar with a guaranteed payout on sale -which you then use toward a purchase in store
- As #2 but instead of waiting you buy the guitar on interest free finance in the meantime!
- We pay you cash for your guitar - you dont buy anything at all!
All of the above examples can happen - and do happen.
To move forward we need you to think about the following:
* We need pictures of your guitar showing its condition
* Does the guitar have any particular issues we should know about?
* when did you buy the guitar and did you buy it new?
* Do you have an expectation of value that you cannot go below?
* Do you have a specific guitar in mind you want to buy from us?
