Stage 2:
-Once the plates are glued / bookmatched on „devil’s wheel“, rosettes are done.
-After that the shapes ( GAC/Dc/BV...)are lasercut
-Then the thickness of each plate is done – photo of Martin. We test each one plate, the rigidity/ flexibility
-Braces are glued on both back plate and top plate.. It is done on vacuum press, so we are sure there is no air left.
-After the braces are out of vacumm press, the extending glue is ribbed out, all plates is cleaned ( from inside)
-Handvoicing is done
This is a long operation, each brace separately
-Meanhwile the sides are bended – photo of Klara while she bends the sides – on our custom machine
High temperature ios needed cause they are all solids

Stage 2B
Getting the body together.
First both sides are put together in a form
Then the inside binding – lining – is glued ( photo of Anicka) to make the surface bigger
Then Top and Back is glued to the sides in form, again vacuum press
