In the event of a refund being required we aim to complete your refund within 14 days from the confirmation of refund date when buying online.
Circumstances where refunds will be provided
If goods have been returned within the 14 day trial period when buying online
If a fault is found or develops within 30 days of purchaseIf repair/replace options have been exhausted when covered under warranty beyond the 30 days of purchase
At our discretion if a guitar is returned without fault after buying in store.
