Richard has been responsible for the sale of over 50,000 guitar over 25 years since 1995 - providing online advice and delivering perfectly setup guitars to most countries in the World.
We used to provide an online map of the World which literally showed a guitar for every sale over the past few years. It was extraordinary to see but sadly GDPR regulations stop us from showing this now. 😔
Needless to say if you would like to purchase a guitar and have it delivered - wherever you are in the World - we would love to be given the opportunity to help you and you could not be in safer hands.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
You will see the prices on our website currently show UK TAX at 20%
Being outside the UK you will not pay our tax therefore saving the 20%
To calculate your price divide the price you see by 1.2
So for example, if the guitar listed is £1000 you would actually pay...
£1000 / 1.2 = £833.33
Please do check what import duty may be added to your order that may be over and above the tax you would pay in your Country. We cannot be held responsible for any duty you need to pay at the border. Normally there will be a nominal fee to pay that goes towards processing the paperwork at the border.
In most cases I would expect this to be about 2.5% plus maybe the equivalent of £10 processing fee.
Normally - the courier will contact you when the goods are in your country and request payment before delivering - but again this may vary country to country.
PAYING AT THE CHECKOUT
Please note that we cannot offer international orders any kind of extended finance.
PAYPAL: If you pay using PAYPAL EXPRESS this will INCLUDE TAX but please be assured this will be immediately refunded
CREDIT CARD: If you select credit card, no money is taken at the checkout itself. We will receive your order and send you a payment request enabling you to pay using your credit card EXCLUDING UK TAX
*BANK TRANSFER:* If you select this we will receive your order and in the order confirmation you will find the bank details for the transfer. Your bill will show how much to pay EXCLUDING TAX - Do NOT pay our tax as you will still have to pay tax again when it arrives to your country.
