Whilst it may be frustrating and cause further delay - we will always let you know if your guitar has failed quality control. Our aim and first choice would be to replace the guitar for another. Depending on the severity of the issue you may want a discount.
We always presume our customers want a perfect guitar but its understandable that in some circumsatnces the opportunity of a cheaper guitar may be a big bonus!
